Base fee:

Early Bird Registration for MESPA Institute 2018 Exhibit Booth – $595.00

Assignments for booth location are made on a first-come basis. You will need to select your first, second, third, and fourth preference.

Cancellation: Prior to January 19, 2018, if an exhibitor cancels a booth reservation, the exhibit booth payment will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee. After January 19, 2018, there will be no refund for booth cancellation.

Registration is closed

Market your materials and services exclusively to Minnesota elementary and middle-level principals and school decision makers at the annual convention of the Minnesota Elementary School Principals’ Association.

Standard Registration Fee, after November 15: $640

One 6 x10 foot booth
Standard 7" x 44" booth sign
One 6' x 30" undraped table and two chairs
An Institute participant list
Complimentary WIFI Internet access provided by MESPA
An email from Hubbell-Tyner, trade show specialists, to order additional booth items: drapes, extra tables, chairs, electricity, etc.

2018 exhibitors who complete an exhibitor evaluation will be given preference for booth location selection for 2019 exhibits!
Coffee stations and dessert breaks, along with the Makerspace Showcase, will be exclusively located in the exhibit hall area to increase traffic
Multiple break times to visit exhibits (schedule coming soon)
New exhibitor games that motivate attendees to move throughout the exhibit hall!
Your marketing information and links maintained on the Institute App for six months after Institute.
