The Minnesota Elementary School Principals' Association is a responsive and collaborative grassroots association - a network of peers and resources to help Minnesota elementary and middle level principals succeed in reaching their professional potential. Our vision is to "be the premiere resource for preparing today's principals for tomorrow and a strong leading voice for public education."

Information in the MESPA Leaders Center supports MESPA leaders in understanding and carrying out their roles, so they can better support MESPA members with:

• Professional development for professional leaders (with continuing education credits)
• Legal and legislative advocacy
• Communications customized to the needs of education leaders
• Minnesota School of Excellence program grounded in national standards
