This hands-on planning workshop gives you and your leadership team dedicated time to collaborate, strategize, and develop actionable plans tailored to your school’s needs. By working together in real time, you’ll leave ready to hit the ground running with clear goals and next steps.

Strengthen Core Instruction

(Tier 1)

High-quality, evidence-based instruction is the foundation of student success. This workshop will help principals and teachers refine their Tier 1 strategies to ensure all students receive effective, differentiated instruction that meets their needs.

Enhance Targeted Interventions

(Tier 2)

Learn how to identify students who need additional support and implement targeted interventions that prevent learning gaps from widening. This training will provide actionable strategies to improve student outcomes before they require more intensive services.

Build a Collaborative,

Data-Driven Culture

Effective MTSS implementation requires a team-based approach. This training will equip educators with the tools to analyze student data, make informed decisions, and create a structured support system that benefits all learners.
